He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Clemons and Marjorie Clemons (McDonald); his siblings, Patsy Rosburg, Al Clemons, Mary Louise Clemons, Valerie Clemons and Rick Clemons; and his parents-in-law, Donald Fehrle, Wilma Rankin and Marie Brannan.

He is survived by: his wife Deborah "Deb" Ferhle of John's Lutheran Church; his sons, Andrew Clemons Sr., Paul and Joel Clemons Sr. (Angeline); his grandchildren, Dameon Oswald (Rachel), Andrew Clemons Jr., Alexandria Clemons, Ethan Swanson, Cierra Clemons, Hailey Clemons Swantrom (Spencer), Joel Clemons Jr. and Elizabeth Clemons; his great grandchildren, Enoch Clemons, Ezra Swanstrom, Shiloh Vaugh, Scarlett Oswald and Sienna Oswald; his siblings, Judy Knott, Margaret Knott (Larry), Beth Ites, Terry Clemons, Jack Clemons and Jeff Clemons; and his sister-in-law Teddi Hall. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Paul's family for a later designation.
