He was predeceased by: his parents, Carolyn Oyler Whitaker and Lloyd Robert Gero. He is survived by: his wife Kris; his children, Charlie and Lilly; his half-brother Jeff; and his stepsister Mica. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and nieces.
