He was predeceased by : his parents, Denise King (Collins) and Gary King; his aunt Cynthia (Bierman); and his uncle Wayne (King). He is survived by : his wife Kristy King (Kilpatrick); his children, Asa and Elouise (Kristy); his brother Mitchell King; and his aunts, Dory Johnson (Ross), Diana Bourret (Mark), Darlene Woltz (Jim) and Bourret (Johnson). He is also survived by son cousins, nieces, and nephews, and his wife.

In lieu of flowers, Chris would have wanted any donations directed towards a college fund for his children.
