She is survived by: her daughter Connie (Dick Thompson); her grandson Devon Slycord; her siblings, Leona (Bill Neill), Ron, Dee Allen and Rick Allen; her children, Denise Forret (Dan) of Adel and Terrell Meldrem (Vernone) of Minnetonka, MN; and her stepdaughters, Vickey Benshoof (Mark) of Wellsburg, Tawnia Olson (Dennis) of Dexter and Donette Stanley (Tad) of Earlham. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 47 great-grandchildren, and 9 great-great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions will be given to Suncrest Hospice, Des Moines or UI Cancer Research.
