He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Castell and Viretta Ann Miller (Shaw). He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his sister Jill Miller (Thomas Williams); his siblings-in-law, Craig and Lisa Strutzel; his niece Jessica Spreitzer (Casey); his great-nephew Jamie Spreitzer; and his nephew Mike Strutzel (Courtney).
