He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron Koethe and Olga Koethe; and his siblings, Eldon Koethe and Darlene Koethe. He is survived by: his significant other Jennifer; his daughter Bay; and his brothers, Irvin Koethe (Lu) and Duane Koethe (Sarah). He is also survived by extended family, and friends.
