He was predeceased by : his mother Sharon S. Carper (Scott). He is survived by : his father Mark S. Carper; his wife Amber Carper; his sister Nicole Rasmussen (Rod); his children, Nicholas Abbey, Justin Carper, Haylie Thompson and Bonnie Carper; and his grandchildren, Myla and Ashlinn.
