She was predeceased by: her parents, George Tew and Florence Tew; her sons, Michael P. Bracelin and Steven P. Bracelin; her siblings, Peter Tew and Margaret Perkins; her husband Donald M. Bracelin; her grandson Matthew Bracelin; and her pet Harley.
She is survived by: her children, George D. Bracelin of Urbandale, Iowa, Laura J. Bair (Bracelin) of Florida, John F. Bracelin (Debbie) of Milford and Mavis R. Richards (Bracelin) of Florida. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Taylor Hospice House in Des Moines, Iowa, or the Polycystic Kidney Disease Foundation in honor of Mavis.
