She is survived by: her husband Terry Schultz of Urbandale; her children, Tamara Patton (Travis) of Bradenton, FL and Todd Anderson of DeSoto, IA; her stepsons, Brett Schultz (Michelle) of Liberty and Bryan Schultz (Jackie) of Marion, IA; her grandchildren, Dominick Perkins, KaCee Kelly (Nicholas), Rhiannon and Alexzander Anderson; and her stepgrandchildren, Erik Schultz, Ashlyn Goodson (Jaya "Jai") and Lyla Schultz.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Ward Van Slyke Colonial Chapel (310 1st Ave N, Clear Lake, IA 50428).
