With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Penelope Moehn of Urbandale, Iowa, born in Evanston, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 7, 2026 at the age of 81. She was predeceased by: her parent Don; her brother Kirk Graves; and her husband Paul Moehn. She is survived by: her children, Candace Mailand (John) and Michael Todd Tiernan; her grandson Michael Mailand; her niece Jamie Thomas (Brian); her pet Vivi; and her friends, Anne Harris, Shirley Miksell, Marie Vranich, Tony, Fran Carenza, Robert, Ginny Hood, Christy Reay, Rod, Linda Ferguson, Steve Russell, Torben, Karen Svendsen, Terri Brown, Jim, Gina Ross, Patricia Realph, Sue Collins, Amber Millard, Maria Prather and Krista Laird.
