He is survived by : his wife Patricia; his daughters, Tamara Foreman (Jim) of Ankeny and Kimberly Callahan (Dan) of Grimes, Iowa; his grandchildren, James Foreman, Kylie and Sierra Callahan; and his sister Ruby Wineman of Mason City. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
