Robert Egeland Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Egeland of Urbandale, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 23, 2026 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Egeland and Ginny Egeland; and his brother Brad Egeland. He is survived by: his wife Juli; his children, Olivia Egeland, Benjamin Egeland (Kallie), Robert Egeland Jr. and Nathan Egeland; his grandchildren, Wes, Veyda and Valerie; his sister Gloria Peterson (Dutch); his siblings-in-law, Nancy Egeland, Kim Hurst and Pat Hurst (Suzanne); his mother-in-law Rita Hurst; and his pet Baxter. He is also survived by family members and dear friends.
