It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruben Nitura Rullan of Urbandale, Iowa, who passed away on September 11, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Juanita Rullan and Jaime Rullan. He is survived by: his wife Linda Rullan; and his daughters, Cynthia Rullan, Maria (David Nelmark) and Julie (Donald Hayes). He is also survived by three grandchildren.
