He is survived by: his mother Doris Offermann (Dunkel) of New Vienna; his wife Vicki Miller Offermann; his daughter Jessica Kennedy-Sinnwell (Tim) of Clive; his siblings, Kate Steffensmeier (Larry) of Dyersville, Tammy Ihde (Ron) of Cedar Falls and Jason Offermann (Cindy) of Dyersville; his in-laws, Cindy Lewis of Urbandale, Greg Miller (Lisa) of Omaha and Kenneth Miller (Yvonne) of Pewaukee; his nieces and nephews, Lindsay Holmes (Luke), Alesha Bynoe (Warren), Sophie Steffensmeier, Kolbey Steffensmeier (Ben Stecklein), Emma Angen (Evan Haddeman), Sydnie Offermann, Kelsey Miller, Amber Klein (Matt), Connor Offermann, Brandon Miller (Robyn) and Grant Miller; and his pets, Minnie and Roxi.
