He is survived by : his wife Betty Lou of Ute, IA; his daughters, Amanda Bruhn (Derick) of Schleswig, IA and BriAnna Nystrom (Nick) of Waukee, IA; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Gale of Schleswig, IA, Kamden Eileen-Marie of Schleswig, IA, Karsen Dean of Schleswig, IA and Kyler Ray Bruhn of Schleswig, IA; his sister Sharon Ainsworth (Len) of Ankeny, IA; his niece Tracye Harper (Chris) of Mesa, AZ; his nephew Trent Ainsworth (Bickley); his great-niece Ellsey Ainsworth; and his great-nephews, Calvin, Morgan Harper and Leo Ainsworth.
