He is survived by: his wife Sharon Hoffman of Vail; his children, Nick Hoffman (Sara) of Ankeny, Rachel Green of Cascade, Amy Hoffman of Oak Creek and Haley Hoffman of Kansas City, Missouri; his grandchildren, Zach, Maddie Hoffman, Kate, Jackson and Harper Green; his siblings, Mark Hoffman (Kristi) of Vail, Lisa Stoelk (Scot) of Westside and Joni Hawley (Theodore) of Missouri Valley; and his sister-in-law Susan Sedlak (Bob) of Omaha, Nebraska. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
