He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Becker and Lillian Becker (Husted); his daughter Susan Barger; his great grandchildren, Ruth Anne Becker and Renae Hennings; his siblings, Alberta Volz, Mike Becker, Wayne Becker and Bonnie Kahle; and his son-in-law Tim Barger.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia (Schmuecker); and his children, Steve Becker (Deanna) of Blairstown, Angie Becker of Van Horne, Debbie Gorsch of Hiawatha, Cheryl Hennings (Todd) of Elberon and Jeanne Becker of Cedar Rapids. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren, and two step great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the family or to the Blairstown American Legion Post 170.
