He is survived by: his brother Darvin Marquardt of Ames, IA; his nephews, Ryan Marquardt (Janice) of Van Meter, IA and Derick Marquardt (Maria) of Milton, VT; his niece Amanda Wever (Greg) of Cambridge, IA; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ada, Quinn, Jett Wever, Hazel and Zane Marquardt; his aunt Vera Fletcher of Earlham, IA; and his cousins, Phyllis Jones (Dan Lemon) of Winterset, IA, Willis Jones (Tammy) of Van Meter, IA and Alberta Voge (Phil) of Webster City, IA. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
