She was predeceased by: her husband Otto E. Dencklau Jr. of John's Lutheran Church; her son Ronnie Dencklau; her parent Louie Ada Michehl (Ricke); and her siblings, Delmar Michehl, Ralph Michehl, Earl Michehl, Willis Michehl, Louis Michehl, Darlene Macek and Marian Dencklau.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Dencklau of Badger and Renee Schulz (Terry) of Duncombe; her daughter-in-law Sherry Dencklau of Vincent; and her sister Leila Insko of Roscoe, IL.. She is also survived by three grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, ten step-great grandchildren, and six step-great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gunderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services (615 N 15th St, Fort Dodge, IA 50501). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church (1023 S 27th St, Fort Dodge, IA 50501).
