She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Gordon Short and Harriet Short (Fitzpatrick); her husband Bill Thorsvig of Vinton; her children, Kris Thorsvig (Cherie Signa) and Britton Lerch (Jason) of Vinton; her grandchildren, Andrew Jangula, Taylor Knoll (Anthony), Tristen Arens, Desiare Borho, Raeanne Arens, Adrianna Thorsvig, Remi Thorsvig, Molly Thorsvig, Josiah Lerch and Isaiah Lerch; her sisters, Sharon Hannaford of Darien, IL and Patricia Lewis of Fargo, ND; her daughter-in-law Chrissie Gallagher (Mike) of Fargo, ND.; her son Randy Thorsvig; and her brothers-in-law, William Hannaford and Tom Lewis. She was also cherished by several great-grandchildren.
