He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Pauline Wiese (Buck); his wife Gale Darlene O'Brien of Patrick's Catholic Church; and his stepparents, LeRoy McGrew and Judith Wiese. He is survived by: his father William Francis; and his children, Lisa Schoon (Ken) of Goose Lake, David (Laurie Spalding) of Woodward, Chris of Van Horne and Susan Moore (Jeff Fehlhafer) of Cedar Rapids. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; one brother and three sisters; two step sisters; two brothers-in-law and two sisters-in-law; one special aunt, along with nieces, nephews, cousins, and many special extended family.
