He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Williams and Bernadine Williams (Bixby); his wife Becky Williams; his siblings, Charles Williams, Nancy Daniel and Dee Kahler; and his brothers-in-law, Dick Haefner, Bobby Daniel, Ed Kahler, Bob Kahler and Rex Johnson.
He is survived by: his son Justin Williams (Josi) of DeForest, Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Dominic, Michael and Bria; and his siblings, Betty Haefner of Vinton, Cheryl Kahler of Palo and Sandy Johnson of Davenport, Iowa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
