He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his sons, Jason White (Laura) and Shawn White (Mel); his grandchildren, AJ, Jillian, Jozee (Ian), Jeana, Erin (Alex), CJ (Clara), Ryan (Emma) and Elisabeth (Drew); his brother Darle White (Angie); and his sisters-in-law, Dixie Johnson and Deanna Daugherty (Jerry). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Instead of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family for a memorial fund to be established.
