With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janet Kay (Schutterle) Burroughs of Vinton, Iowa, born in Homestead, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 17, 2024 at the age of 83. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Schutterle and Louise Schutterle (Carlson); her husband Ron; and her brothers, Harold and Gerald Schutterle.
She is survived by: her sons, Brad (Dea) and Brian (Rachel); her grandchildren, Beth Geater (Nathan), Bryce Burroughs (Devon), Brea Robertson (Cody) and Teagan Burroughs; her great grandchildren, Maryn, Kason Geater, Bennett Burroughs, Rhett and Banks Robertson; her stepgrandchildren, Andy Nachtman (Jenny), Shane Nachtman (Molly) and Devon Nachtman (Anna); and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Paityn and James Nachtman.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
