It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Loyal Hoover of Vinton, Iowa, born in Hood River, Oregon, who passed away on July 27, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, George Hoover and Alice Hoover (Davis); his daughter Kim Schneider; his grandchildren, Evan Hoover, Nick Schneider, Morgan Schneider (Dameon Gray), Kayla Schneider (William Hines, Jr.) and Nash Schneider; and his great grandchildren, Arya Gray and Harper Hines.

A memorial fund has been established.
