With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marietta L. Griffith of Vinton, Iowa, who passed away on December 28, 2023 at the age of 102. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Hatcher and Alma Hatcher (Wadsworth); her former husband Victor Griffith; her husband Ed Hodson; and her sister Lela Pattern.

She is survived by: her children, Larry Griffith (Jeanette) of Vinton, IA and Betty VonLehmdon of Rowley, IA. She is also survived by four grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
