She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle Carlson and Philomena Carlson (Becker); her siblings, Jim Carlson, Mildred Plotz and Pearl Serovy; and her brothers-in-law, Roger Williams, Martin Plotz and Allan Serovy.
She is survived by: her husband John M. Berry of Vinton; her children, Mike Berry (Lori) of Cedar Falls, Jeremy Berry (Karen) of West Allis, WI, Sarah Meyer (Aaron) of Conroy and Ryan Berry of Vinton; and her siblings, Bob Carlson (Karen), Edith Williams and Dolores Plotz (Walter) of Swisher. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (2200 2nd Ave, Vinton, IA 52349). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at the St. Mary Cemetery.
