With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Phillip Price of Vinton, Iowa, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Price and Phyliss Price (Ramsey); his wife Sandra Price; and his siblings, Shirley Barta, Russell Price, Donald Price and Willard Price.
He is survived by: his children, Kelly Steffen (Kirk) and Pam Price (Rob Franck); his grandchildren, Ryan Willger, Kathleen Rippel (Tyler) and Rebecca Steffen; his great grandchild Lyla Jo Rippel; and his sister Bonita Price.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Cedar Memorial Chapel. A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories. A burial will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at the Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
