Roger William Haerther Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Haerther and Anna Haerther (Wendel); his wife LaDean Meta Glandorf; his grandson Nicholas Haerther; and his sister Mary Lou Brehmer.
He is survived by: his children, Bonnie Thompson (Patrick) of Shellsburg, Connie McQuiston of Atkins, Brian Haerther (Vikki) of Springville and Rodney Haerther (Julie) of Atkins. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the St. Stephen's Lutheran Church (303 3rd Ave, Atkins, IA 52206). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the St. Stephen's Lutheran Cemetery (303 3rd Ave, Atkins, IA 52206). A reception was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the St. Stephen's Lutheran Church (303 3rd Ave, Atkins, IA 52206).
A memorial fund has been established for the St. Stephen's Lutheran Choir or L.W.M.L.
