He is survived by: his father Marion Lamphier (Diana); his girlfriend Annette Thomsen; his daughters, Ashe Jenerou (CJ), Kaitlyn Scovel (Matthew) and Madason McCarty (Payton); his grandson John Jenerou; his siblings, Carrie Petersen (Steve) and James Lamphier (Amanda); and his aunt Dixie Carothers (Dave).
