She was predeceased by: her parents, Harris Tharp (Buster) and Netha Tharp; her husband Kenneth Williams; and her son Ricky Lee Williams. She is survived by: her daughters, Julie Schwenker (Lee) of Vinton and Lisa Voyles (Kerry) of Craig, CO; her grandchildren, Amber Osterkamp (Andrew), Robbie Schwenker (Jill) and Emma Voyles; and her sisters, Harrisetta Gibbs and Bobette Reiss (Lyle). She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (1002 E 13th St, Vinton, IA 52349). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
