She was predeceased by: her parents, Burton Miller and Rachel Miller (Davis); her husband Bob; her siblings, Delores Scott (Wayne), Roger Miller (MJ) and Harold Miller (Nona); and her nephew Jerry Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Phillips (Kristy) of Vinton and Mary Phillips of Vinton; and her grandsons, Robert Phillips (Grace) of Kansas City, MO, Jack Phillips of Ankeny and Will Phillips of Cedar Falls. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
