He was predeceased by: his parents, Augustine Perez and Josephine Perez (Costello); his siblings, Lorenzo, Victor Perez and Mary Zinniger; his granddaughter Elizabeth; and his sister-in-law Lenora Perez.
He is survived by: his wife Christine Marie Roberg of Viola; his children, Vicki Reed (Tim) of Maplewood, Cynthia Shaw of Maplewood, Teresa Roark of St. Paul and Casey Perez of Viola; his former wife Delores; his brothers, Frank Perez of Cedar Rapids and Augustine Perez (Carol) of Cedar Rapids; and his sister-in-law Cecilia Perez. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
Memorials in Paul's memory may be directed to Camp Courageous or a charity of the Donors' choice.
