He was predeceased by: his parent Mabel Catherine Hepton. He is survived by: his wife Terry of Garis; and his children, Frank Hepton, Jr. (Peggy), Michelle Hicks (Jeff), Martha Moeller (John), Karl of Garis, Lisa of Garis and Judy Gehringer (Mike). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Holy Cross Lutheran Church or Walcott Fire Department.
