He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Frame and Delpha Frame; and his brother Rick Frame. He is survived by: his children, Whitney (Shane) and Zak (Carrie); his brother Eugene (Evie); his sister-in-law Cheri Frame; and his close friend Cathy Osborne. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
