He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Debner and Maribea Debner (Jones); his brothers, Bob, Jerry and Jim; and his wife Roseanne Debner.

He is survived by: his children, Larry Debner, Marvin Debner, Brenda Hansen and Diana Hansen; his sisters, Sharon Adamson and Carole Lien; and his siblings-in-law, Richard Behrens and Betty Ann Debner. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; along with many nieces and nephews.
