He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Gericke and Thelma Gericke (Kirkpatrick); his wife Norma Gericke; his children, Dennis Gericke and Mary Jo Carlson; and his siblings, Paul Gericke (Rose), Merle Gericke, Kenneth Gericke, Marge Kimmerle (Jim) and Dorris Williams (Clarence).
He is survived by: his son Mike Gericke (Barb) of Texas; his grandchildren, John (Jody), Karen (Matt), Michelle, Steven, Cory and Carissa; his great grandchildren, Nathan, Abby, CeCe, Rowen, Jameson, Akira and Alexis; his brothers, Dale Gericke (Joyce) and William Gericke (Susan); and his sisters-in-law, Betty Gericke and Yvonna Gericke.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Walker Cemetery.
