He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Wunschel and Elizabeth Wunschel (Jarl); his wife Bev Wunschel; his daughters, Marsha Dixon and Tammy Wunschel; his grandson Jeffrey Dixon; his brother Eugene Wunschel; and his brother-in-law Alvin Roth.
He is survived by: his son Rick Wunschel (Joan) of Wall Lake, IA; his grandchildren, Jeremy Wunschel (Jennifer), Eric Wunschel (Jill), Kate Reiman (Andy), Stephen Wunschel (Nikki), Alison Horsley (Cord), Beth Miller (Chad) and Nicole Wiggins (DJ); his great grandchildren, Josh, Colton, Brooke, Peyton, Paige, Wyatt and Isabelle; his grandchildren, Noah, Avery, Vienna, Nola, Maya, Archie, Nora, Quinn, Lena, Keylee, Morgan, Emarie and Daine; and his sister Betty Roth. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
