He was predeceased by : his mother Patricia Wagg. He is survived by : his father Larry Wagg (Pat); his wife Genevieve Wagg; his children, Nathan Robinson (Misty) of Morning Sun, IA, Katie Jacobs (Michael) of Wilton, IA and Brandy Schmidt (Kurt) of Maquoketa, IA; his grandchildren, Skylar, Riley, Layton, Lucas, Laynie, Parker, Bentlee and Harley; his father-in-law Vernon Robinson; and his sister Brenda Wagg. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Charles's name at Wapello Community Bank & Trust.
