He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl and Goldie (Herrick) of Maine. He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Ginny" Brugge; his sons, Shawn (Melissa) of Maine and Christopher (Melinda) of Maine; his sister Patricia Petersen of Bettendorf; and his grandchildren, Dylan, Blake, Elizabeth, Corey and Carley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Wapello Cemetery (14494 100th St, Wapello, IA 52653).
