She is survived by: her sons, Ronald Hammond (Mary) of Altoona and Rodney Hammond (Kristen) of Wapello; and her grandchildren, Brandi Warmenhoven (Mike), R. J. Hammond, Katie Jo Denzik, Amanda Holstrom (Ty), Bradley Hammond (Miala), Annie Rae Springsteen (Colby) and Brooke Ann Thye (Tyler). She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
