She was predeceased by: her parents, Hobert Bodkins and Helen Bodkins (Blodgett); and her siblings, Bob, Jim, Kenny and Leona Arnold.
She is survived by: her husband Rich "Perk" Perkins of Wapello; her daughter Bev Harwood (Daryn) of West Burlington; her stepdaughter Sierra Buchholz (Cory) of Richmond, Virginia; her grandchildren, Samantha Sypherd (Levi Forbess), Caleb Vorhies, Issac and Evan Buccholz; her great grandchildren, Nick and Dani Forbes; and her siblings, Nancy Lankford (Jerry) of Richland and Bill Bodkins (Stephanie) of Wellington. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established for the Des Moines County Humane Society in Wanda's name.
