She is survived by: her daughter Rhonda Chorpening of Washington, Iowa; her daughter-in-law Cyndi Kindred Mernka (Chris) of Texas; and her sister Donna Fischer of Mt. Pleasant, Iowa. She is also survived by five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
