It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Clifford F. Leeper of Washington, Iowa, who passed away at the age of 83, on December 14, 2023. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Clifford Wilbur and Frances Pauline Leeper (Derby); and his siblings, Kathryn, Benjamin and Charles.

He is survived by : his children, Jeffrey Leeper (Lucia) of Las Vegas, Nevada, Anetia Woodsmall (Dale) of Washington, Iowa and Pamela Roth (Steven) of Richmond, Texas; and his sisters, Beth Johnson (Bill) of Urbandale, Iowa and Leloni Clark of Big Springs, Texas.. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.

A general memorial has been established.
