She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Arlo and Bertha Christine Phelps (Galle); and her sister Colleen Havel. She is survived by: her brother Charles Phelps (Lois) of Winfield, Iowa; her brother-in-law Leroy Havel of Washington, Iowa; and her sibling's children, Terry Phelps (Barbara) of Winfield, Iowa and Christine Peek (Allen) of Winfield, Iowa.
