He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Macenski and Olga Macenski (Lecyk); his sister Mary Ann Vlasich (Nick); his parents-in-law, Ed and Kathleen Morrison; and his sister-in-law Nancy Macenski.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Macenski of Washington, Iowa; his children, Daniel A. of Colorado, Matthew Macenski of Coralville, Iowa and Kathleen Isaacson (Andy) of Omaha, Nebraska; his grandchildren, Daniel and Samson Isaacson; and his brother Charles W. Macenski Jr. of Munster, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
