He is survived by: his daughter Jade Halvorsen of Centerville, Iowa; his grandson Summit Halvorsen of Centerville, Iowa; his brother Jim Wells (Kathy) of Washington, Iowa; his nephew Tim Wells (Joni); and his niece Tammy Porter (Steve).
