He is survived by: his wife Raquel Rangel of Washington, Iowa; his children, Angelica Rangel of Washington, Iowa, Jose Martin Rangel (Elvira) of Washington, Iowa, Ramiro Rangel (Angela) of Reklaw, Texas, Alejandro Rangel (Merbella) of Houston, Texas, Eustolio Rangel of Texas, Sabino Rangel (Griselda) of Muscatine, Iowa, Gerardo Rangel (Hannah) of Washington, Iowa and Erica Rangel of Washington, Iowa; and his sisters, Anita Vidales (Roman) of Chicago, Illinois and Robertina Rangel of Mexico. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.
