He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Cline and Velma Cline (Yeoman); and his siblings, Flora Mae Zanger and Raymond Cline (Diane). He is survived by: his siblings, Rodger Cline (Susan) of Iowa City, Iowa and Esther Evans of Washington, Iowa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established for WCDC or the Washington County Mini Bus.
