She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank B. Kleese and Wilda L. Kleese (Fisher); her husband Ray; and her siblings, Robert Kleese and Eleanor Deal.

She is survived by : her son Michael Nebel (Marina) of Ankeny, IA; her grandchildren, Shawna Dunkin, Shelby Jo Taylor and Stewart Nebel; her stepgranddaughters, Patty Patron, Brenda Paz, Chrystal Coronel, Ruby Griffin and Perla Rocha; and her great grandchildren, Karston, Kallee, Cason Nebel, Treyton, Hayze Duncan and Brecklyn Taylor.
